প্রতিদিন প্রতিবেদক : টাঙ্গাইলে প্রতিবন্ধি সেবা ও সাহায্য কেন্দ্রের উদ্যোগে সহায়ক উপকরণ বিতরণ এবং প্রতিবন্ধীতা বিষয়ক সচেতনা মূলক আলোচনা সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হয়েছে।
মঙ্গলবার (২৪ ডিসেম্বর) দুপুরে প্রতিবন্ধি স্কুল এবং সংস্থা সমুহের সহযোগিতায় প্রতিবন্ধি সেবা ও সাহায্য কেন্দ্রের কার্যালয়ে এ অনুষ্ঠানের আয়োজন করা হয়।
অনুষ্ঠানে প্রধান অতিথি ছিলেন অতিরিক্ত জেলা প্রশাসক (সার্বিক) মোহাম্মদ মোশারফ হোসেন খান। প্রতিবন্ধি সেবা ও সাহায্য কেন্দ্রের প্রতিবন্ধি বিষয়ক কর্মকর্তা মো. নূরুল ইসলামের সভাপতিত্বে অনুষ্ঠানে বিশেষ অতিথি ছিলেন জেলা সমাজসেবা কার্যালয়ের উপ-পরিচালক মো. শাহ্ আলম,
জেলা প্রতিবন্ধি উন্নয়ন পরিষদের সভাপতি মো. শামসুর রহমান। এতে বক্তব্য রাখেন অনিস্ট্রিক প্রতিবন্ধী বিদ্যালয়ের সভাপতি নূর আলম সিদ্দিকী। এসময় বিভিন্ন বয়সের প্রতিবন্ধি, অবিভাবক ও প্রতিবন্ধি সেবা ও সাহায্য কেন্দ্রের অন্যান্য কর্মকর্তারা উপস্থিত ছিলেন।
অনুষ্ঠানে ১৭ জন প্রতিবন্ধির মাঝে সহায়ক উপকরণ বিতরণ করা হয়।
